    Liked its very pleasant and amiable staff.

    Exceptionally clean hotel, services were good and location was great easy to walk to local shops. The room was quiet and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable, with lots of different options. Location: the property was so close to Shopping Centre, and a department store.

    Nice stay, few bumps

    The swimming pool was awesome and super relaxing! The staff were super nice and always ready to help. Both rooms we tried had kind of a funky smell from the bathroom. Great breakfast buffet at the restaurant, though! Location rocks next to the mall!

    The hotel's location was perfect for our family trip to the Palenque ruins. With a great pool and a fun shopping mall connected, my teenagers loved having options right outside our room. The staff was cute and the rooms felt thoroughly sanitized.

    In my wife's opinion, more family activity options would be great.

    Had a blast with my friends! We visited the local market and enjoyed the nearby museum. The staff were super accommodating, and the room was comfy. Breakfast had great coffee and satisfying options.

    I appreciated the quick walk to Tomas Garrido Park, perfect for an afternoon stroll, and only a short distance to the Planetarium Tabasco 2000, both of , made my weekend wandering enjoyable.
